As most of my readers know, I have a passion for Fitness. Actually Fitness and Health had been my passion for a long time, I used to do hiking, tyrolienne, cardio classes, martial arts…but didn’t focus to make it a career and kept it a project on hold…
Since I was a kid, I used to see my friend K grabbing his gym bag and going to uni to study Physical Education but I wasn’t courageous enough to get enrolled in such a major.
Time went by and I started going to the gym and this is when I discovered my real passion for sports.
Whenever I’m exercising you can feel that I’m in another world. The girls at the gym used to love practicing whenever I’m around. For them, I used to give life to the courses.
But cardio classes didn’t get me hooked up… I kept my fitness project hanging…
Almost 2 years ago, I met my Coach Fares at Healthy Lifestyle, and started training with him. I started lifting weights and discovering the potential my body has. I was giving all my power, I was determined since day 1 that I wanted to make a huge change and I did it.
During this time, my coach saw something beyond that in me, he saw that I could do more than that and encouraged me to follow my passion. It took me a while to realize that now is the time to follow my dream and I decided to enroll in a Personal Training Course.
So yeah, I got back to the classroom with a huge book to learn, and it’s one of the best decisions I ever took!
As I was inspired by my coach, I want to inspire, motivate and help others to bring the best in them!
